Induction of ovulation on days 2-14 of menstruation: After the onset of the menstrual cycle, ovulation medication is used to stimulate the ovaries to produce a larger number of follicles.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>3. Menstrual cycle day 6-11: Every 2-3 days, follow your doctor's instructions to come to the hospital for blood sampling and ultrasound to detect follicle growth. Tracking follicle maturity: Using vaginal ultrasound, we will regularly monitor follicle development and draw blood to track changes in blood hormone levels. Please be sure to follow your doctor's instructions and continue to use the relevant medications in order to determine when it is the best time to retrieve your eggs.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>4. The 9th day of the menstrual cycle: ask Mr. to expel his semen and abstain from sex until Mrs. collects her eggs (if Mr.'s spermatozoa are scarce, please follow the doctor's instructions).<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>5. When the follicle has reached maturity, the doctor will notify you to give the hCG injection: please give the hCG injection according to the time indicated on the egg retrieval instructions, and stop using pituitary suppressants. Ovarian injection: When ovulation is near, the ovarian injection should be given according to the doctor's instructions, and the eggs will be retrieved about 36 hours after the ovarian injection is given.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>6. Egg collection: When the follicles have reached the maturity standard, you will be provided with egg collection instructions and explanations, as well as a consent form for anesthesia and a consent form for assisted reproductive surgery. On the day of egg retrieval, please report to the clinic at the scheduled time to complete the procedures and return the consent form.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>7. Egg retrieval: You will be given general anesthesia by a professional anesthesiologist, and the egg retrieval will be conducted under the guidance of vaginal ultrasound, which takes about 30-60 minutes, and you can get up and go home to take a rest after you have recovered from the anesthesia.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>8. Wait for notification of the fertilization status of the eggs before noon of the next day of egg collection and arrange the time of implantation of the fertilized eggs back to the mother.<\/div>\n<div>\u203bEmbryo implantation in the uterine cavity: 2-3 days after egg retrieval, no need to fast.<\/div>\n<div>Blastocyst stage embryo implantation: 5 - 6 days after egg retrieval, no need to fast.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>10. In-vitro fertilization (IVF): The follicular fluid retrieved is immediately sent to the laboratory for processing, and the eggs are then screened out. After the semen has been washed and screened, it is incubated with the wife's eggs for 2 to 5 days, or a single spermatozoa can be selected for microinjection (ICSI).<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>11. Embryo implantation: The fertilized egg is developed into a mature embryo, which is then implanted into the oviduct or uterine cavity without anesthesia and without the need for absolute bed rest; after implantation, one can lie down flat for 30 minutes and then return home to rest. Supplementation with luteinizing hormone and other related oral medications, injections, and plugs will be provided as directed by your physician.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>12. On the day of implantation, report to the counseling office for procedures and health education on implantation, and for an explanation of the status of the fertilized egg by the physician or embryo technician.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>13. Return to the clinic for a pregnancy test approximately 2 weeks after implantation, and return to the hospital for a blood test on the 13th day of implantation or the 10th day of implantation for
