In patients over 42 years of age with only aneuploid embryos, mosaic chromosome embryo transfer is a better alternative to a separate IVF-PGT-A cycle.

 

Chromosome-mounted embryo transfers should also be considered for patients younger than 42 years of age who are unable to undergo additional IVF.
